I get hungry for food and for a sense of Community! Both are basic human needs! Our Homeless Veterans are lacking this back up of community support! This floating home could be converted into the Community Center having only one kitchen with all the bells and whistles serving the entire community. It would result in significant cost savings! One kitchen vs many kitchens. Having a buffet style menu we could have food on demand, a coffee shop. We could use an ozonator or ultra violet light to purify the space at night while closed. Please watch the video to see different configurations of the interior space!

It is an enveloping more of 100 sqm residential unit, 12 m in diameter and 4 m high, made entirely of recycled laminated timber and a recycled aluminium hull. Balconies are conveniently located on the sides and thanks to the large windows, permit enjoyment of fascinating views over the water. Bathroom and kitchen skylights are located on the wooden roof, as well as 60 sqm of amorphous photovoltaic panels capable of generating 4 kWp which are used for the internal needs of the floating house. The interior of WaterNest floating house can include a living room, dining area, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom or have other configurations according to the different housing or working needs – ideal for those wishing to live independently, exclusively and in complete harmony with nature.
